Live-in fees 2026-27 academic year:
- Room and board per semester - $7,175
- Social fees as outlined below and paid to the chapter (tentative, subject to change by vote of chapter).
- live-in room and board includes the $325 per semester national dues that is charged to all active members.
- There is a one time building and maintenance fee of $1,600 to cover wear and tear, damage, theft, and university or city fines while you are an undergraduate. (this is paid only once upon move in)
- Room and board includes: use of an assigned room, access to a cold dorm bed, 16 meals per week prepared by a chef and sous chefs and served in our dining room, 24 hour access to snacks and frozen meals in snack room, 24 hour access to ice and beverages such as coffee and juice, access to our full time house director and house manager who acts as mentor and house supervisor, all utilities including wifi, national dues, use of the facility, cleaning staff for public areas and bathrooms, parking, insurance on facility, management fees, and many other amenities.
Live-Out fees:
- $325 per semester national dues. (Not due in pledge semester.)
- Social fees as outlined below and paid to the chapter (tentative, subject to change).
Pledge and initiation fees:
- $75 pledge fee - paid only once upon pledging.
- $325 initiation fee - paid only once upon initiation.
Social Fees paid to chapter and not housing corporation per semester. Tentative:
- New member - $500, in semester joined.
- Freshmen - $1,000
- Sophomore - $800
- Junior - $400
- Senior - $50
